I've been following Dr. Kheriaty since the early days of the MD group that formed (FLCCC) to protest an untested and controversial vaccine tech using mRNA, to combat a virus of suspect unnatural origin, C19.

I'm deciding whether to weigh on on that. I'm concerned with how it happened but don't know all the reasons and am reluctant to weigh in when I have only partial information.
Brings back memories of my first OB rotation in a Family Medicine residency in a busy midwestern Catholic hospital. That night the obstetric residents were in the process of inducing labor to expel a 17-week anencephalic fetus. I overheard a very upset veteran nurse asking to excuse herself. The hospital’s ethicist was there, passing out an article just published for the purpose by a professor friend across town. The article stated the Principle of Second Effect justifies the abortion because what we are actually treating is the mother’s emotional anguish; the death of a child is only a secondary unintended consequence, and besides it is going to die soon after birth anyway.
Thus began three years of meetings with department heads, a hospital CEO, an auxiliary bishop, and a Catholic philosopher abroad. I received a letter from a Vatican cardinal telling me to be patient but assuring me Cardinal Ratzinger was on the case. The original ethicist revealed this would never have gotten to Rome had the local archbishop not recently died (presumably he would have told Rome all was under control).
In the end the new archbishop quietly put an end to the practice of aborting anencephalic children in the Catholic hospital. I left that city as soon as I could to start a career elsewhere.
Thank you for bringing attention to the University of California's shameful policy-making on this matter. Important things to add to this story are that:
(1) according to the systemwide personnel databases, excess mortality rates among UC employees only appeared immediately *after* they were forced to start taking the mandated mRNA jabs, not earlier when COVID cases first appeared;
(2) a UC Davis researcher was the PI in a USAID-funded collaboration with the usual COVID suspects (e.g. the EcoHealth Alliance, the Wuhan lab of the "Bat Lady") to isolate the bat coronavirus from the wild that was later used for the gain-of-function work that led to SARS-CoV-2; she was also responsible for certifying the Wuhan Lab's animal-handling procedures to the NIAID for the Chinese subaward--she has since been promoted by UCD;
(3) Anthony Fauci and his NIAID dumped hundreds of millions of dollars of emergency COVID research funding on just a single researcher at UCLA (a long-time NIAID center grant PI and Fauci loyalist), while (just coincidentally of course) the UCLA Deans jointly wrote the only letter in support of revising the drafts of the UC vax mandates to toughen it, specifically by mandating jabs of EUA compounds and not merely compounds with full FDA licensure (a revision which was implemented in the final version of the policies); and
(4) hundreds of UC medical researchers (over 200 at UC San Diego alone) got research funding in recent years from J&J, Pfizer, and Moderna, and big pharma firms retain a uniquely privileged status among UC research grantors in terms of controlling patent rights arising from the research and tailoring the research to manufacture the clinical trial data they need for FDA approvals.
You fought the good fight against university administrators who, in my estimation, have blood on their hands. From my former post as a data analyst at UCOP, I did what I could for a couple of years to blow the whistle and to assist victims of the policy as best I could. I consider it a high point of my thirty-year career at the Office of the President.
I saw on the Daily Signal that the SC made a decision on the Missouri vs Biden suit. It appears that the government was found guilty of censorship and the surgeon general, CDCP and CISA are prohibited from censoring social media corporation for 10 years through the Consent Decree. Why only 10 years? Did I get this right? What does it mean for you? Please explain.
I was asking Dr Kheriaty, whom I suspect is a credible source. This was the last Substack I received from him until I received the one he sent yesterday.
I enjoyed listening to your testimony at the Religious Commission conference. Thank you for living your beliefs and urging our government and others to honor those beliefs. God bless you.
How ironic. Inasmuch that nearly all western religions hold altruism and utilitarianism as foundational to their ethics, and inasmuch that nearly every aspect of the government’s response to Covid was animated by altruism (“take this shot against your will so you won’t kill grandma”) or utilitarianism (sure, some people will be injured by these gene therapies, but more people will benefit—allegedly—than suffer so it’s an ethical policy), maybe Dr. Kheriaty should be testifying instead before the President’s Commission Against State-sponsored Religion. The reason why large majorities of Americans fell for this con is precisely because they walk around with an ethical perspective that is religious in nature. It’s also why we’re witnessing a conspiracy of silence. People that drank the Covid Kool-Aid are confused because they’re convinced they did “the right thing” according to their religious or quasi religious moral framework, yet they also now know that their ethics—that branch of philosophical thought that’s supposed to guide man on how to live; what values to pursue—led them and everyone else in society to the city dump.
