Including the little tin gods at all levels who thought they could use their influence to enforce their version of the truth on everyone else. This is Soviet style thought control, not to mention the audacity to challenge the lower court's judgement. Arrogant little bureaucrats drunk on power.
Wow! Great news to hear, just when the White House is at it again trying to push new mask and vaccine mandates. Thank you Dr Kheriaty for your courage and valor in this fight. So proud of you!
Matt Taibbi is concerned that the court intentionally left the cut-out avenue of the NGOs that the government is funding to do the same actions on their behalf. Much of the propaganda, manipulation of social media and information access is done via the blanket of NGOs they put in place. All in violation of the First Amendment but still not addressed.
But as Taibbi pointed out, specifically excluding entities like CISA and the State Dept, and implicitly excluding the Election Integrity Project (Stanford associated) is concerning.
As Taibbi wrote, it takes nine out of ten teeth away.
But the "one tooth" is crucial - a landmark in itself for sure that we should all celebrate and thank the plaintiffs.
Proof that over time, truth and sound ethical principles will win the day... eventually...at least for a time. Great interview with Jay by the way. Could have listened to you for another hour on the history of bioethics.
I’d LOVE for them to take this to the Supreme Court Let’s get a final ruling on this bullshit and then let the lawsuits commence

I would like to hear your thoughts on Matt Taibbi’s analysis over on Racket News. He is less optimistic!
The article is paywalled. 😿 Would you be so kind as to provide a synopsis of his "less optimistic" points?

The fundamental ruling is of course welcomed.

As Dr. Kheriaty points out, this can be built upon as more evidence is accumulated. Optimally, the opinion will serve as a deterrent.
Thank you! I hope Dr. Kheriaty will respond to your comment...
Thank you young doctor for your heroic vocal stand, leading from the front. DOC ENZ, BG Retired
Congrats Dr K. One step at a time and this is a good start.
Beyond awesome! Let’s get this done once and for all! No more censorship! Long live the Constitution!
