Nothing in the world could make me happier, as a California resident, but more importantly, as U.S. citizen who fervently believes in the First Amendment. I can't begin to express how troubling and shocking I was to even see such a bill, let alone to see it pass. I am extremely grateful to you doctors for filing this lawsuit, for being true heroes, leaders, and stepping up to the plate when it matters the most and is desperately needed.

Kudos to you and Tracy. This bill was always anathema (as were Low and Pan, its sponsors). Probably the worst medical legislation of my lifetime. The fact that it would get to this point with the rictus grins of all the sponsoring politicians and groups will haunt me forever.
If this law stands, I will expect a mass exodus out of California of principled physicians who take their Hippocratic oath seriously. Right? There must be at least half a dozen.
I linked to this in my recent Claremont-Institute-critical piece. Trying to get them to see that there is no intelligent thinking to be done about the government speech-suppression and propoganda scandals without open thinking about the likelihood and the extent of mRNA vax-harms. https://pomocon.substack.com/p/a-fine-claremont-statement-on-cough
Thank you Aaron, and thank you to every single person involved in this win for our collective future! We must keep standing up.
Thanks for challenging this overreach by CA state government!

Thank you. Thank you.
THANK 👏 YOU 👏
I am convinced this will be struck down in the end. Thank you for the good news, preliminary as it is.
Great news Aaron! It's a rare occurrence to have one of these lawsuits move forward. Thank you and all involved.
YES! There are still some hope that the US Constitution is not just a dusty trophy of the past.
Thank goodness. Thank you to everyone involved you are defending humanity and our right to freedom.
Here is a link to Judge Shubb’s order (deeming the law unconstitutionally vague): https://nclalegal.org/wp-content/uploads/2023/01/Hoeg-v.-Newsom-PI-Decision.pdf
