Yep. One of my biggest concerns with the OSHA mandate, if upheld, is that rule builds upon rule, and every new rule now makes the previous look moderate by comparison. There is still a private school in our local area fighting for a religious exemption to *mask mandates*. Well, once you have *vaccine mandates*, "or if you don't want to vaccinate, you can mask", behold, now mask mandates look like the moderate compromise position. You're fighting about mask mandates? Dude, next you're going to tell me that airport security or a state ID card is a bridge too far, psshhh. Every new bad rule makes the previous bad rule looks less bad and more acceptable.
Always sharing your substack essays - far and wide. Thanks for continuing to fight the ethical fight. We all benefit from supporting those who are unafraid to do the right thing. I’m grateful to you and to all the others, known and not, who refuse to back down.
Excellent article. I love how you connected the dots between the government and the pharmaceutical companies. Talk about a conflict of interest. It’s downright shameful.
"There are no sterilizing vaccines for COVID-19 as the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has conceded that these vaccines don’t stop infection and transmission, unlike natural immunity, Kheriaty said."
This quote contains a link is to a report indicating the CDC has no record of the naturally immune transmitting COVID. Does the lack of data really imply that natural immunity prevents transmission? Do we know the CDC actually studied the recovered population? It seems entirely possible--probable even--that the CDC is simply negligent here instead of giving us meaningful evidence. The Israeli studies on natural immunity seem more useful.
Keep fighting, Aaron. You’re speaking truth to power. It’s inspiring.

Great article, hopefully the Supreme Court pushes back.
