I follow a number of reliable conservative outlets, but yours is the first venue where I have been able to access footage of the entire DC Defeat the Mandates event. Thank you! Your speech is awesome; I love the Chinese subtitles and hope freedom loving Chinese nationals can access it! The Soviet dissident Solzhenitsyn, whom you quote, provides guidance for us in all his writings. If people are interested, start with the Harvard Commencement Address (available online). Then read his Gulag Archipelago (start with the one volume abridged version of his original 3 volumes). It's a literary and historical masterpiece that won the Nobel prize for Literature. We have to learn from the past to recognize the newest iterations of tyranny. Aaron, you stand in mighty Solzhenitsyn's tradition!

So support, funding, and logistics for US rally in California and the follow-up convoy. This interview between Dr. Julie Ponesse the Ethics Professor forced out of her academic job over mandates, and the psychologist Jordan Peterson was really fantastic. The trackers from Canada started the movement around the world, and it is great that similar Freedom Convoy will be organized from California to Washington, D.C. California will be, unfortunately, the last to remove mask and vaccine mandates. My entire family wrote to San Francisco Mayor London Breed requesting stop to mask and vaccine mandates for children. San Francisco is one of the cities that Progressives ruined.
We will try to drive from the Bay Area to Coachella, and wold like to know how we can help.
Tomas J. Aragon, in his official capacity as the director of the California Department of Public Health (CDPH), created the Health Order of August 11th, 2021. The Order is titled "Vaccine Verification for Workers in Schools." When Turlock Unified School District (TUSD) asked about my vaccination status they gave me the option to not disclose my vaccination status, therefore I did not disclose my status. However, I did provide TUSD with my positive SARS-CoV-2 spike protein antibody test results. The results are objective medical evidence that I had seroconverted and no longer pose a direct threat to myself or others. Unfortunately, Tomas J. Aragon's health order is arbitrary and capricious. In his order, he never gives one reason to dismiss objective medical evidence about workers that were previously infected or possess positive antibody results. Furthermore, he then subjugates the aforementioned workers to be compulsorily screened for COVID-19 on a weekly basis. The medical screening of previously infected or antibody-positive employees is an improper governmental activity because it's incompetent, inefficient, and wasteful. How is compulsory testing less than three percent of all the potential viral hosts on campus going to stop a contagious disease? Why not test everyone as Los Angeles Unified School District did, and then do what CalOSHA states, exclude known hazards (potentially infectious individuals) from the workplace? Instead, TUSD allowed vaccinated workers to go untested along with all the students despite CDC's Director Rochelle Walensky stating that what the vaccine can no longer do is prevent transmission.
Obviously, the 5th and 14th Amendments are violated with the health order because similarly situated individuals are not treated equally. On the one hand, there are school workers that provided a vaccine document which may or may not be proof of seroconversion, and on the other hand, there are diagnosed SARS-CoV-2 convalescent workers and workers with SARS-CoV-2 antibodies (possibly vaccine-induced or naturally acquired, or both) which is definitive proof of seroconversion.
Now, because of the non-sensical health order, my religious accommodation request was denied, and I have been regarded as disabled and do not enjoy the same benefit and privileges as workers that are considered "fully vaccinated" as if not being fully vaccinated or not reporting that you are fully vaccinated leaves an individual as "immunocompromised and a direct threat to themself and others" by simple assumption not by individual objective medical analysis.
Since I am trying to comply, to the minimum extent possible, with the suspected unlawful orders and policies, I do not volunteer my weekly test results to the school district. This is because, as a government employee, my property can only be taken under due process by the government. I expect to be compensated if my property, protected health information, is taken for public use. Plus, the results are protected HIPAA information which I did not consent to release to TUSD. Additionally, the health order does not express or imply that I must give my protected health information to TUSD. The Health Order tasks the school with having a plan in place to gather the results of the school workers. Now, the Memorandum of Understanding between the Turlock Teacher Association and TUSD tries to circumvent HIPAA regulations by stating that School Employees Shall provide proof of testing to TUSD on a weekly basis (if not testing at a district-approved site). I test at a district-approved site. A contract that violates the law is not legally binding.
Because I do not volunteer my compulsory test results, the Assistant Superintendent of TUSD has repeatedly tried to coerce my consent to give my HIPAA information to TUSD. As such, I have alleged violations of California Penal Code 518, 519, 521, 523, and 646.9 against select TUSD employees. I expect all threats to my property interest in my public job to immediately cease and for TUSD to simply utilize 45 CFR 164.512 (j) and/or Cal. CIV 56.10 (c) to legally obtain my protected health information without my consent.
I can name all of the people in the picture- they are all HEROES! Where would we all be without you all.
