Have been following you since you filed the lawsuit. You gave me the courage to stand up against the mandate imposed by my CA employer though I took the chicken’s way out, requesting a religious exemption. You took the hero’s route with outright refusal based upon principle. Yours was the right way as I subsequently found when the company later mandated full day masking ONLY for the unvaccinated. I eventually quit after finding a job with an employer who never mandated at all. There were plenty of companies who told me during the interviews that there were “ways around their mandate.” Of course I terminated those interviews immediately as I had learned my lesson at my previous company. Unless we all stand up for the principle as you have, Dr. K, we will never be truly free. We are blessed to have you and your voice.

Dr. Aaron Kheriaty, will you tell your news connections about my case? 9th Circuit Easter District of California case 1:22-cv-01468-ADA-HBK? You and I have similar cases. I have even referenced some of your evidence in my case and your case is sometimes used against me because the ruling in your case ignored scientific facts and did not have an equitable resolution. You and I both know the empirical evidence was ignored in your case and now it’s being used against others as well since caselaw becomes the new law. The fact remains that ADA federally protects employees from being regarded as disabled. You and I along with millions of other Americans were regarded as disabled because our immune systems were perceived to have a limitation compared to people who showed their employers proof of vaccination.
