My only complaint is that Newsom was able to repeal the law, making it look like he “did the right thing.” We all know that he should have vetoed it in the first place, and is the one to sign it into law initially, but that’s not how his supporters will spin it. We all have to do our best to remind everyone of that when he’s running for POTUS.
Definitely a victory. It would have been nice to see the showdown in court. Well, that could still happen. This level of violent repression of doctors simply being able to tell the truth by the state against its citizens is just the beginning of what's coming.
