This is incredibly great news! Just when it seems that there are no laws whatsoever being upheld in our Republic at all, finally, one bright light is shining in this case. Congrats to all of you who worked so hard to make this a rock solid lawsuit.
Am eagerly awaiting this next step! So delighted for you all and the hope of justice. As a retired political theory professor, I've been following this the whole way. While friends lined up like toy soldiers to get the shot the first day it was offered, I had felt we were all being bombarded with something other than truth and transparency. People were so bombarded with "science," they didn't take the time to question and think before acting or going along with whatever narratives were being presented at the time. I'm 74 - in the category that were most vulnerable - yet, I held out, researched and listened to many scientists, virologists, immunologists, etc. And they became harder to find as the weeks went by.
I never had the shot and to my knowledge haven't had the virus. I stayed home most of the time the first year - maybe that's why. Former students who went to work in 2020 and got covid called to ask if I knew anything that would help. Doctors gave them nothing. I knew about some protocols and told them to begin right away and not delay. There is a Mexican plaza here that sells medicine - ivermectin, Azithromycin, etc. They all were better within a few days. One went for monoclonals - most of the public was not even aware of them since it wasn't advertised.
Bottom line: Censorship by the federal government is responsible for thousands of lives. I saw firsthand how options for treatment were not an option....and this is America?
Years ago, R. Ponnuru called them the 'Party of Death.' I'd add, of Denial, Dismissal, and Despotism.
Of course, 2/3 of GOP and 'professional conservative' leadership is in Denial mode on these issues, too. They cry bloody murder against the Censorship!, but amazingly, they 'prior restraint' themselves, their offices, and their publications from even discussing the number one topic Biden's and Silicon Valley's censors deployed the censorship against: the widespread mRNA-vax harms and deaths.

It's as clear as day and now that we have all the proof we need, we can establish precedent. Fauci should be afraid...he's next.
