The government appealed the 5th Circuit's injunction. The Supreme Court has until the end of the day tomorrow to decide whether to grant the government's request for a stay or uphold the injunction.

it's too bad though that the latest ruling doesn't apply to or bar CISA from censoring because they did a lot of the dirty work, didn't they? I don't know the details but are they the ones that referrred to our thoughts as "cognitive infrastructure" that had to regulated or controlled? Super disgusting, super dystopian, super eerie.
