How can they claim to teach science? My daughter wants to be a veterinarian so she has to jump through academia's hoops.
The courts got it wrong about your case! I’d argue that your fundamental right to privacy has been breached by the government without a compelling reason. The government doesn’t need to know your vaccination status once you’ve established SARS-CoV-2 convalescence. They honestly don’t even have the right to know your infection status without strict scrutiny. The right to privacy is a fundamental right guaranteed by the constitution.
