I can’t wait to witness your success on this Aaron, not hyperbolic to state it’s a matter of utmost importance to the country.

Thank you for the update. I sincerely hope the judges do the right thing here and uphold the 1st amendment of the US Constitution.

This is great, and I also enjoyed Taibbi's account. It is so refreshing to find real game-changing content, colorful personalities and colorful wit in any reporter's or commentator's piece. Politics will not be a useless scam if it gives people something to write well about. :)

The longer the battle the more people will acclimate to its truth!

This is music to my ears. I’m wondering if it does go to the Supreme Court and you win, what could be done to stop them from doing it again? Forbid contacting social media? And what could the punishment for the crime be?

most concerning is that social media platforms will continue to censor. MSM does it. Will an ultimate decision favoring plaintiffs be moot when the pharma cartel literally owns MSM due to advertising revenue & platforms like FB & Twitter lean left?

You’re absolutely correct. Part of the solution needs to be to go back to a ban on pharmaceutical advertising.

The COVID emergency opened the door for both massive government wealth distribution and information control. Fauci's first lie, that masks didn't work, was so we wouldn't buy up all the masks needed by health care workers. The taste of that grift was so sweet, how could government officials resist the temptation to take more bites of power, including embargoing the Hunter laptop story? The scrumptious student loan holiday whet young voters' palates for permanent loan forgiveness. And those job protection "loans" to businesses, completely forgiven! This was a crisis that certainly didn't go to waste. Can't get back the money squandered but perhaps this case can chill government backdoor thought control until the next emergency.

Thank you, Pamela. I am happy to be doing this for all Americans who's rights have been violated by this regime.

For the government to send a single, “ashen” junior attorney to argue this case alone “looking like Napoleon Dynamite at lunch” is so contemptuous of the American people. It’s a way of insulting the very legitimacy of the case, as if it’s beneath them to even fight. As if they have no obligation to defend their illegal actions, and we have no right to question their authority.
