Jacobson v. Massachusetts plus the vaccine Act of 1985 is a complete disaster. Especially, when the presence of antibody evidence is now detectable. Dr. Kheriaty. I still suggest you sue the university again. The statute of limitations on a 42 USC section 1983 lawsuit is, I think three years. However, this time use ADA’s prong three definition of disability. You were essentially “regarded as” disabled. Read document 34 in my federal case against the CDPH and the school district. I did my best to explain it there. 9th Cir. E.D. Cal 1:22-cv-01468-ADA-HBK.
Agreed, a good review that summarizes this important book well. Had I been writing the review, I might have speculated in conclusion on the chances of Dr Kheriaty (also, incidentally, Chris Rufo on a different but related issue) being co-opted by government to help draft legal reforms along the lines he suggests in his book, should wise politicians be voted in at the next election; admittedly a slim hope at this point. One can only hope - and pray! One thing is for certain: the last thing the current administration wants is reflection, review, repentance, reparation and reform. Yet this is what our country desperately needs.

Great to see this concise yet powerful review of your book!
