Very good news - except I don't understand why Francis Collins is not being deposed. Isn't he the one who is on record as demanding that Fauci engineer a "quick and devastating takedown" of the authors of the Great Barrington Declaration? Who is a more central figure in this issue than Collins?
A deposition is just a means to get key witnesses on the record. Fauci's deposition will implicate Collins, and countless others, hopefully. The fact that someone is omitted from the deposition process doesn't mean they can't be subpoenaed to appear at a trial down the road...
