Perjury and acts of violation (Gain of Function and mRNA "vaccines') of the Nuremberg Code #10. During the course of the experiment the scientist in charge must be prepared to terminate the experiment at any stage, if he has probable cause to believe, in the exercise of the good faith, superior skill and careful judgement required by him that a continuation of the experiment is likely to result in injury, disability, or death to the experimental subject.

Add Birx, Walensky, and Collins to that list. Time to prosecute.

Even calling the COVID palliatives "vaccines" was a lie. Like calling Robitussin a "cure" for the common cold.

It also seems that they splinted evidence - deleting things - in a non political case thus would mean serious issue sanctions, perhaps even default judgments on liability. Whether Fed judges will hold gov actors to the same standards is a political question tho, but one I would tee up.

Thank you, Dr. Kheriaty, for bringing this to our attention. Fauci has proven himself able to disseminate very smoothly. I’m not surprised that he and his colleagues were hiding information that could make them culpable. I hope this helps your case, but I also hope that it proves he was involved up to his neck in supporting GoF research. Gain of function research must stop now. We do not benefit humanity by creating more lethal and transmissible pathogens.
